Web & Graphic Designer (Contractor Only)
Beverly Hills, CA
The Web & Graphic Designer is responsible for an assigned project’s “look and feel” and is expected to uphold the very best in design excellence. This person should fully immerse him/herself in the project’s subject matter and become the visual and audio experts in their own rights. Strong communication, typography, graphic, html programming, and Flash animation skills are common Designer requirements.
The Web & Graphic Designer, working very closely with the other key players, should become very familiar with the tone, emotion and attitude being conveyed by the client. He/she will work closely with the rest of the core team to brainstorm, articulate, and present Creative-art-design functional support, as directed, to other functions of the business in a timely and professional manner. He/she must keep current with developments in relevant fields, new technologies, competitive trends, and emerging research in selected fields.
Essential Functions and Requirements:
- Marketing campaign for Speed Dating, Events & Travel, interpreting design elements from client communications and the development and implementation of campaign logo, flash mini-site, post card, promotional banner and email from design concepts through final production.
- Fully understand the best practices for coding HTML emails
- On-line broadcast/invitation email creative design and development requests
- Other creative deliverables as directed
- Knowledge of Html, Flash, PhotoShop and Illustrator required
- Knowledge of Action Script and CSS- huge plus
- Experienced Microsoft Windows User
